Providing technical support and assistance to users of a web service suite over customer service telephone, email and instant messenger. Technical support includes: understanding customer needs, following up and resolving customer service inquires, and being able to satisfy those needs with or without assistance from other team members.
must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in American English
internet skills (browsers, mail clients, different operating systems)
problem solving skills
Some experience preferred
Fluency in Russian is crucial
Must be available to work 5 nights a week from 22.00-6.00
