Main responsibility of the incumbent will be to execute customer orders and inquiries without any mistake and in a professional manner.
- Daily contact with customers
- Coordination of all activities toward customer
- Claims solution and return process
- Advice on product, prices and payments
- Overall responsibility for customer satisfaction
- Management of assigned customer portfolio (companies located in the Scandinavian countries).
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent English and SWEDISH
- Ability to handle several customers with differing profiles
- Ability to work under pressure and with responsibility
- Certain experience in customer service, e. g. call centre, may come as advantage
- An interesting work in international environment
- Daily contact with foreign subjects
