Job Description

Customer service manager`s job falls into 3 main parts: service, warehouse and spare parts management. Service management is the main part of job at the moment, it includes sales to clients, pricing, calculations and technicians management. Warehouse management includes evaluation of trucks, repair management, completion of new trucks. Spare parts management includes thier pricing, selling and ordering.


- 2-3 years of experience in field of repair management
- Technical education
- Maintenance of forklift will be an advantage
- Handeling modern tools for maintenance (IT)

- Estonian
- Russian
- English or German
