Job Description
Your main tasks:
- You will represent Linde in the Danish market and provide first line support for our B2B customers
- You will manage and develop the competence of a medium size cross-border customer service team
- Further you will improve processes and cross-border collaboration for the team, physically located both in Denmark and in Estonia
- Further you will manage orders, invoicing and queries
- Fulfill duties related to delivery of gas cylinders, in close collaboration with the Sales and Operations departments
- You will be a key player in building a support team in a challenging environment

Who you are:
- Your language skills are the key – very good command of Danish and English are a requirement
- You are a team player
- You are a manager with a passion for developing people
- Good communication and problem-solving skills are required for this role
- Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to help others
- Similar experience from your previous employments is an advantage
