Customer service coordinator

This role “Customer service coordinator” is a permanent fulltime role, reporting into the Senior Manager, Supply Operations. The role would be based in our Tallinn, Estonian office. Sales target for 2022 is €16.3M and there is an ambitious expansion program in place for the next 3 to 5 years. There is an expectation that both the turnover and the supply base number will double within 3 years. This resource is required to support our business expansion.

The role is responsible for coordinating customer service-related activities within the business unit ensuring that all processes are in place and followed:

• The person will be responsible for the management of daily customer service activities:
  • Receiving orders, order acknowledgement and inserting them in the system
  • Preparing necessary documents for orders
  • Planning and organising loadings to customers
  • Following stock levels together with the Senior Manager Supply operations
  • Maintaining open orders lists and communicating with customers
  • Providing delivery and stock information
  • Communicating with warehouse (main contact)
  • Supporting with sending samples
  • Supporting in reaching the sales targets each month

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in similar tasks, preferably in a global business environment
• Relevant commercial education
• Strong communication skills
• Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems / software
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to build networks and work flexibly in a multicultural environment
