Job Description

  • Manage customer orders for the French market from enquiry to delivery
  • Coordinate customer orders with production and logistics
  • Ensure a smooth order and delivery process
  • Provide professional customer support via phone and email
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and provide excellent after-sales service

Requirements

  • Good level (C1) of spoken and written French and English and/or Estonian
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accuracy, reliability, and a systematic way of working
  • Previous experience in customer service or order management is an advantage
  • Good communication and planning abilities
