Customer Service Advisor with German language proficiency - Reima

Job Description

Webhelp in cooperation with our client Reima is currently looking to extend the Team of Customer Service Advisors to ensure the deliverance of a best-in-class service experience towards the end-customer, either consumers or resellers.

Your main area of responsibility will be customer service tasks including variety of service channels within contact center environment.

Open position is a permanent preferably full-time position, but part-timers are also very welcome to apply.

We have convenient offices in both Tallinn and Tartu.

Requirements

What we offer:
- A base salary ranging from €1400 gross per month
- Performance bonuses ranging from €100 to €200 gross per month
- Expenses subsidy of €60 net per month

- Absolute positive customer service attitude and genuine interest in helping customers with independent and proactive hands-on attitude;
- Ability and sincere willingness to work variable hours per month/period to match Reima’s high seasonal work volume fluctuations (get the job done attitude!);
- Previous experience in a customer service and/or logistics environment is an advantage although not a necessity.
