Customer Service Advisor with Finnish Proficiency - Reima

Job Description

Webhelp in cooperation with our client Reima is currently looking to extend the Team of Customer Service Advisors to ensure the deliverance of a best-in-class service experience towards the end-customer, either consumers or resellers.

Your main area of responsibility will be customer service tasks including variety of service channels within contact center environment.

Open position is a permanent preferably full-time position, but part-timers are also very welcome to apply.

We have convenient offices in both Tallinn and Tartu.

Requirements

What we would like in return:

- Excellent Finnish language skills both in verbally, but in particular written;

- Good command of English (our common Reima and Webhelp language);

Communication and interpersonal skills to match the customer experience challenge;

- Absolute positive customer service attitude and genuine interest in helping customers with independent and proactive hands-on attitude;

Ability and sincere willingness to work variable hours per month/period to match Reima’s high seasonal work volume fluctuations (get the job done attitude!);

- Previous experience in a customer service and/or logistics environment is an advantage although not a necessity.

Worktime: 8:30AM-5PM; Monday to Friday
