Customer Service Advisor with Estonian and Russian Proficiency

Webhelp OÜ is looking for a Customer Service Advisor with our local cooperation partners.  If you master Estonian and Russian language and have great communication skills, then this job offer is excellent opportunity for you.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you are the one who helps customers to answer their questions with the goal of ensuring a positive customer experience and find the best solution to their needs via phone and e-mail.

Estonian language spoken and written as a native speaker;
High spoken level with ability to write customer emails in Russian;
Good (at least B1/B2 level) English language skills;
Good communication and organizational skills;
Previous customer experience is an advantage;
Patience, positive attitude, friendliness and willingness to help.

Hourly salary of 4,50 EUR;
Expenses subsidy (phone, internet, parking, sports, etc.) of €60 net per month;
