As a Customer Service Advisor, you’re the one who helps customers after they purchase our products or helps customer with questions throughout the buying process and finds the best solution for their needs.

Your day is filled with a range of providing extraordinary assistance to customers who contact you via inbound calls and/or emails. When a customer needs help, you quickly assess their situation and give advice or a solution on the spot. We are counting on you to get the customer excited about the buying experience and find them the perfect product that they are looking for.
Because you’ll work independently from home, you’ll need the discipline and ability to work remotely from co-workers and management.

Requirements

What we would like in return;
Excellent German language skills, verbal as well as written;
Good command of English (our common Webhelp language);
A love for our products and you are a true fan that wants to share a personalized experience;
Absolute positive customer service attitude;
Previous experience in a customer service environment is an advantage, but is not a necessity;
If you are an Apple user or have Mac knowledge, it’s a plus!
You are independent and able to tolerate stress
