Customer Service Advisor for Samsung

Webhelp OÜ is looking for a Customer Service Specialist with our partner Samsung. If you master Estonian language and have great communication skills, then this job offer is excellent opportunity for you.

Responsibilities and work:

Answer on Customer Services related incoming calls, e-mails and chats;
Planning and organizing the working hours so that the tasks are done properly and timely;
Closely work together with Team Leader to find solutions for customer;
Accuracy in data entry;
Follow up of clients’ customer contacts.

Estonian language spoken and written as a native speaker;
Russian language spoken and written would be considered as an advantage;
Good (at least B1/B2 level) English language skills;
Good communication and organizational skills;
Previous customer experience is an advantage;
Interest or experience in electronics/technologies is considered as an advantage.

Hourly salary of 6,90 EUR gross; 

Work in shifts Monday to Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.
Training and experience with one of the global leaders in electronics;
