Customer Service Advisor for Samsung

Webhelp OÜ is looking for a Customer Service Specialist with our partner Samsung. If you master Estonian and Russian language and have great communication skills, then this job offer is excellent opportunity for you.

Responsibilities and work:

Answer on Customer Services related incoming calls, e-mails and chats;
Planning and organizing the working hours so that the tasks are done properly and timely;
Closely work together with Team Leader to find solutions for customer;
Accuracy in data entry;
Follow up of clients’ customer contacts.

Estonian language spoken and written as a native speaker;
High spoken level with ability to write customer emails in Russian;
Good (at least B1/B2 level) English language skills;
Good communication and organizational skills;
Previous customer experience is an advantage;
Interest or experience in electronics/technologies is considered as an advantage.

Hourly salary of 6 EUR gross;
Training and experience with one of the global leaders in electronics;
