CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE (German speaking)

We are looking for a German speaking Customer Representative who would be responsible for the immaculate customer relationships assisting our B2C customers in all questions related to our services.

Here is just some of your responsibilities:

• Serving our customers in all channels: online, phone, e-mail, social media, etc;
• Providing immaculate customer relationships assisting our B2C customers in all questions related to our services;
• Creating a new standard of swift customer service in insurance sector.

You are most likely to succeed, if:

• You have worked minimum 2 years as a customer representative;
• You are proactive, creative, likeable, persuasive and be willing to walk the extra mile on strategically chosen initiatives;
• You have the ability to independently manage and effectively prioritise an overabundance of opportunities that ask for your attention;
• You have excellent and fluent communication in German and English (oral and written) is a must.
