Job Description
We are looking for a:
CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE (German speaking)
JOB LOCATION: TALLINN, ESTONIA
Your role
· You are responsible for the immaculate customer relationships assisting our B2C customers in all questions related to our services;
· Serving our customers in all channels: online, phone, e-mail, social media, etc.
· Create new standard of swift customer service in insurance sector.
Requirements
What we need:
· You have worked minimum 2 years as a customer representative;
· You are proactive, creative, likeable, persuasive and be willing to walk the extra mile on strategically chosen initiatives;
· You have the ability to independently manage and effectively prioritise an overabundance of opportunities that ask for your attention;
· Excellent communication (oral + written) skills;
· You demonstrate ability to excel in a start-up environment;
· Languages: fluent in German and English.
You'll get some bonus points, when:
