Customer Relationship Specialist (Dutch speaking)

You will serve customers in the Netherlands via email and phone and be involved in developing improvements in our services. You will advice cross-border customers quickly, qualitatively and friendly.

You will ensure the timeliness and correctness of documents, processes and operations that are necessary for administering a deposit.

You will be creating content to increase the brand awareness and trustworthiness in cross-border countries.

You are fluent in Dutch and English.
You have very good communication skills.
You are tech savvy and know your way around basic computer applications.
