CUSTOMER OUTREACH SPECIALIST

Your main duties will be:

• research and monitor the best outreach channels according to the business needs
• outreach and maintain initial communication with the interested parties
• handle automation tools, suggest improvements for a bigger outreach
• measure the conversion rate and report on the progress

You will be successful in this role if you have prior work experience in customer outreach or customer service and advanced English skills. You are a good communicator, independent, flexible, and a fast learner. Good at handling routine and able to organize your time mindfully. Candidates with a good sense of humor will have an advantage.
