Customer Operations Specialist (German speaking)

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Operations Specialist who is responsible for customer support and claim management to ensure the best possible experience for our customers in Germany.

Day-to-day you will be:

• Replying to customers questions via email and over the phone
• Processing insurance claims and making decisions about claims independently
• Participating in team meetings and trainings
• Bringing forth initiatives to improve the customer journey and internal processes

You are most likely to succeed, if:

• You speak excellent German and English
• You have great communication skills
• You are motivated by helping people and solving problems
• You are responsible and good at managing your time

Bonus points if you have customer service experience in the IT field but it is not a must-have - we also hire on the entry-level.
