CUSTOMER LIFECYCLE MANAGER

The Role:
Do you own a technical mind combined with the pen of a poet? If so, you could be our Customer Lifecycle Manager.
We are seeking a Customer Lifecycle Manager for our Tartu or Tallinn office to lead the development of a world-class customer lifecycle program that activates and accelerates revenue but also improves customer satisfaction. You will partner with other Marketing team members to deliver the right messages to our existing and potential customers at just the right time.

Job Description:
Partner with Marketing Ops, Sales and Account Management teams to analyse business and marketing data to identify key drivers for conversion, product adoption, retention, and cross-sell
Effectively translate analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Manage marketing automation including email triggers and batch campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle via Mailchimp and other systems
Partner with Content and Creative teams to drive the development of email communications, and marketing assets to nurture client relationships
Identify customer segments for targeted marketing programs
Nurture existing customer relationships via well-timed, personalised content and automated outreach

You should have:
Hands-on experience with Marketing automation providers (Mailchimp, Activecampaign, Hubspot or similar)
Familiarity with online marketing metrics and key performance metrics
Copywriting experience (with examples)
Native speaker of english (or same level proficiency)
