Job Description

As part of the OlyBet family you will be a key resource for improving our understanding of customer behaviour and leveraging this information to deliver growth for the business. Your primary focus will be on Online Gaming, but you will also work with our Landbased Casino operations to enhance our omnichannel customer insights.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Development of dashboards and visualizations for key customer KPIs such as retention, reactivation, early life cycle value
  • Identification of and tracking new and existing high value customers – ensuring that they are appropriately rewarded and retained as clients
  • Measuring ROI of targeted promotions to new and existing customer bases as well as general brand focused above the line marketing campaigns
  • Working with CRM and Marketing teams to design, test and enhance gaming promotions to improve performance KPIs and customer experience

Requirements

You’ll need to have:

  • Experience in working in the gaming industry, specifically with customer behavioral data
  • Demonstrated success working with very large data sets, developing tools for streamlined analysis, and creating reports that summarize complex concepts
  • Familiarity with visualization software and techniques (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy)
  • Fluent working proficiency in English
  • Tertiary qualifications in any relevant field, such as Business, Mathematics, Science, Psychology
