Job Description
- Handling of sales orders and forecasts from the customers
- Liaisons and communication with internal and external partners
- Compiling of dispatch and invoice related documents and records
- Preparing of different reports
- Coordination of different customer related activities and projects
Requirements
- Experience and/or education in the field of supply chain, logistics, demand management or customer service
- Problem solving skills, as well as the ability to organize and prioritize your work efficiently
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Estonian and English (written and oral), Russian or any other language is a plus
- Analytical thinking and experience in working with data
