Customer Demand Specialist

- Communicate with internal as well as external customers
- Manage and handle sales orders and forecasts with the customers
- Maintain the documentation, including invoicing and dispatch records
- Close collaboration with other departments inside the organization
- Coordinate product return process
- Prepare monthly reports for the customers (internal & external)

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (customer service,
demand management, or other relevant supply chain process)
- Higher education in supply chain, sales or manufacturing
- Knowledge of business and sales processes
- Problem solving skills, as well as the ability to organize and prioritize
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Estonian, knowledge of Russian is an advantage
- Good Excel and ERP knowledge (SAP would be an advantage)
