Role Description The Customer Consultant is a professional in a call center who provides solutions for Intrum clients and customers to their financial issues. As a Customer Consultant you have an open mind and willingness to find tailored solution for every client and customer. You are active, positive and with good initiative to develop your daily work environment. Job Responsibilities

Excellent communication skills

Having previous experience in client service is an advantage

Good computer skills including ability to use databases

Ability to work in a team

Fluency in Estonian and Russian. Having English skill is an advantage in an international organization
