We are looking for a Customer Care Team Lead, to help us take our customer care to a new level!

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Management of the Customer Service and leadership of the Team;
• Further development of the process strategy in the support area with regard to increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction;
• Development of new communication channels for customer support and introduction of automation;
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of processes and service quality;
• Quickly recording and solving technical problems in a structured manner;
• Preparation of weekly/monthly reports and status updates based on agreed targets and KPIs.

Is this you?

• Successfully completed business studies, alternatively a comparable education with relevant experience in a similar position;
• At least 3 years of experience in a management role in customer service in an international environment;
• Proofed experience in the introduction of automation solutions in customer service;
• Very high process competence as well as deep methodological knowledge in IT service management;
• Entrepreneurial mindset coupled with decisiveness;
• Fluency in English (oral and written) is a must, fluency in German gives a strong advantage; 
• Availability to start working in our office in Tallinn, Estonia.
