Job Description
• Handle customer requests related to card payments (solve problems, fixing issues) over the phone and via email.
• Support internal stakeholders and communicate with partners.
• Ensure data integrity in the system and conduct background checks and risk evaluations.
• Investigate settlement related issues.
• Convert leads into sales, follow up on interested merchants and negotiate agreements.
• Onboard new merchants, ensure correct system setup and order terminals.
• Escalate and follow up on system related incidents
Create internal and external reports, document work instructions and other business-related ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
• Ability to provide efficient, friendly and personalized service to clients, colleagues and internal stakeholders.
• A structured and solution-focused approach with end-to-end focus.
• Accurate, swift working style and readiness to understand complex systems and processes.
• Team player mindset and self-organization.
• Fluent in Estonian and Russian both verbally and in writing combined with good English capabilities.
Strong digital communication skills.
