Cross-Border Service Specialist (German speaking)

You will serve German and Austrian clients via available communication channels and be involved in developing improvements in our services. In addition, You will be creating content to increase the brand awareness and trustworthiness in our Cross-Border countries.

We are looking for you if you:
- are fluent in German and English
- have very good communication skills
- are tech savvy and know your way around basic computer applications
- are inspired to try and use new technologies and tools
- are able to work both individually and in a team
