Job Description

As a CRM Manager, your primary objective is to meet or exceed ViisTek’s digital and media revenue goals through a research-based, source-negotiation and pilot-driven approach.

The CRM Manager is responsible for all player communication related to promotions and campaigns. This means production, delivery management, reporting and optimization of all active player campaigns with the aim to increase conversion, retention and Lifetime value.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Increase player retention and lifetime value.
• Full accountability for campaigns and promotions.
• Plan, create, execute and follow up on campaigns.
• Assist, contribute and optimize our CRM strategy.
• Drive change, improve and optimize the way we work.
• Ensure that all colleagues are updated on upcoming and ongoing promotions.
• Work closely with marketing to make sure acquisition and retention activities are optimized and are in perfect alignment.

Requirements

• Must be extremely well organized and capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests simultaneously.
• Analytical thinking & advanced MS Excel skills.
• Must be very "hands-on," organized and hardworking, an Internet enthusiast.
• An exceptionally motivated person looking to strive at what they do.
• Finnish native speaker with English to a business standard (Swedish/German) is an advantage!
