Credit Collector (Russian Speaking)

Your main duties will include:

• Communicating with our B2B customers via phone and e-mail,
• Manage your own portfolio of customers,
• Ensuring that all customers are aware about their debts and payment terms,
• Processing reports and keep track of the account statements,
• Sending reminders and invoice releases accordingly,
• Communicate with our stakeholders and other departments in a professional and polite manner
• Working language is Russian and English,
• Geographical scope of activity covers Russia.

We are looking for You if You:

• Are fluent in Russian and English
• Have a good grasp of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
• Have a good time management skills and ability to work with deadlines,
• Not afraid of challenging assignments, 
• Love to work with details and systems,
• Have good communication and social skills and positive mind,
• Are an Estonian or EU citizen or hold a long term residence permit.
• Ready to work with fixed and stable schedule.

As a bonus:

• Experience in Finance or Customer Service (e.g. Banks, Hotels, Restaurants, Aviation, Cruise Ships, Retail, Travel agencies, etc.)
• Additional European language is considered as an advantage
• Start ASAP
