Credit Collector (Italian speaking)

You request and receive money owed to the company.
Keep track of the customer’s payment terms. Customers in our case are big companies, not private people,
You make telephone calls and send mail reminders to the debtors, negotiate new payment schedules if needed,
All that will be done in a polite and customer-oriented manner because maintaining sustainable relations with customers will ensure the success of our business.

English and Italian language at C1 level. Those are working languages in that position.
Basic knowledge in Excel, Outlook.
Experience with some business software is a plus.
Very good co-operation and team skills,
Sense of urgency, responsibility.
Estonian or EU citizenship or a long term residence permit.
