Country Sales Manager

Job Description

•Developing, implementing and measuring the success of sales strategy in all channels of trade in Baltic;
•Negotiations with key accounts in Baltic states for the growth of sales and increase of the presence of sku’s;
•Achievement of volume and distribution targets;
•Understanding company’s vision, strategy and key customer initiatives support sales teams to ensure that customers in the region are consistently kept informed;
•Co-ordination and implementation of the trade promo’s and other marketing activities in all channels of trade in Baltic states;
•Sales forecast planning and stock management.

Requirements

Skills and work based experience:
•Minimum 5 year of experience of working with Key clients;
•Proven track record in professional sales and marketing management position level;
•Preferable desired experience in FMCG ( meat, fish or other diary products);
•Fluent in English and Russian (preferable – one of local languages);
•Flexible in working hours and willingness to travel within Baltic states on the regular basis;
•Good knowledge of computer (word, excel, power point).

•Able to foster and motivate a strong sales team;
