The Country Account Manager will be responsible for our major client service in Transcom Estonia.
- Ensuring Client Satisfaction of the account through client interaction and coordination of the service delivery
- Is responsible of the results and operations at a country level
- Ensures continuous improvements for our client’s business
- University Degree with some years of commercial experience. Experience in Key Account responsibility in an international environment will be positively evaluated
- It will help if you have proven and successful track record of effective leadership with commercial and/or operational responsibility and experience in the CRM/Call Center or Services Industry
- Good communication, problem solving, service and analytical skills is the mentality we like
- Have high personal energy and enjoy a lively environment
- Fluent English is a must
