
Job Description
As a corporate receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company's visitors, clients & employees. You will greet guests, answer inquiries, and provide information needed.
Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or over the phone

Assist the employees with the badge requests

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials

Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
-
Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries

Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk

To support the Facilities Team on the site as required
Requirements
Requirements:

Proven work experience as a corporate receptionist, front office representative, or similar role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must
-
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
-
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
-
Minimum C1 level in English and Estonian

The workdays are Monday to Friday (E-R), with working hours from 09:00 to 18:00. The workplace is located at our client's office, Akadeemia tee 15b, Tallinn.
