About the position

· Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy and hiring needs

· Setup and define the organizational framework and processes within the companys projects

· Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning

· Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team        members thrive and organizational outcomes are met

· Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention

· Guide the product development and ensure the success of the eCredits product

· Controlling company costs and incomes as well as financial planning

· Collaboration with tax advisors, accounting, banks

· 90.000€ per annual.

About your profil

· Bachelor or Masters degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics or related field

· 5+ years work experience with minimum of 3+ years in leadership

· knowledge and interest in blockchain, distributed ledger technologies and a passion in cryptocurrencies

· Understanding of processes, process flow, analytic.

· Team player with solution-oriented way of thinking and high level of motivation

· Outstanding verbal and written skills and experience working with staff on all levels

· Excellent communication skills in English

· Ability to work reliably and independently without supervision

· Very good IT & MS Office skills
