Successful Multinational Company Contract Negotiation and Compliance Confident - Self Starter Our client is a leading New Zealand Company specializing in
the innovative design and development of hi-tech solutions for clients across the globe. An extremely successful international company they are experiencing
strong, profitable growth and are now seeking a talented Contracts Advisor to assist the business plan and coordinate various contract actions to win,
negotiate, administer and close complex multinational, multiparty contracts. Key responsibilities include negotiating and administering complex contracts,
preparing and submitting timous and correct proposals, regulatory, legislative export and government compliance, risk and commercial analysis, along with full
reporting and invoicing protocols.
Applicants must demonstrate: - Well developed English written and communication skills - A passion for success, being a self starter and an achiever -
Excellent analytical and research skills - The ability to organise, plan and prioritise - Proficiency in the use of PC and associated software packages -
Possess a tertiary qualification in business, economics, law, accounting or in a procurement/supply chain discipline. A minimum of five years relevant
experience is required, as is enjoying working in an exciting, fast paced environment and, most importantly, enjoying being part of an achieving, driven team
within a successful international company. Domestic and International travel will apply.
