Continuous Improvement Senior Specialist

• Identifying GBS Human Resources operational process improvement potentials and coordinating the initiatives to implement the optimizations
• Leading and facilitating process improvement workshops
• Supporting the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes
• Taking ownership of change initiatives from improvement identification through to project delivery, leading the assigned projects and initiatives
• Actively monitoring project risks to identify potential problems
• Training and supporting the GBS HR Europe employees with regard to specific Continuous Improvement tools

• Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
• Good understanding and experience with Six Sigma and Lean tool
• Excellent English skills in writing and speaking
• Strong communication, presentation and project management skills
• High degree of structure and self-organization
