Work responsibilities
- Create longterm content planning strategy
- Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines
- Write, edit and publish engaging posts for various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
- Develop SEO friendly content for multiple platforms like blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website
- Produce fixed quantity and quality of content: word quantity, numbers of articles, reviews, blog post per month, SMM post per month
- Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies (both for relevance and grammar)
- Edit and proofread copy if needed
- Polish and finalize outsourced and existing content to improve readability
- Collaborate with production and marketing team (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages)
- Do research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content
Requirements

- Proven work experience as a Content Specialist, Content Writer or similar role
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills
- Hands-on experience using various social media platforms to advertise
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Familiarity with online paid advertising
- Ability to deliver creative web content (text, image and video)
- Fintech, banking, finance niche awareness
- Excellent communication skills in English and Russian, any other language is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
- BSc in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
