  • Sportstech - Data capture, management and analysis tools that help leagues run their sport, unlock new revenue streams, and protect the integrity of their competitions.

  • Sportsbook - Everything a sportsbook operator needs to manager their operation and grow profits – all powered by the finest live sports data available.  
  • Media & Engagement - We help brands and publishers engage and monetise sports fans with personalised campaigns and content they will love.  
The Role:
 
Content Management Team decides which sports and competitions we target for our sports data collection in order to corroborate our industry leading customer experience. Content Analysts, reporting to the Team Lead, are responsible for making Genius Sports coverage decisions based on data analysis, industry research and operational capabilities. The team also has the ownership of monitoring the delivery of the coverage plans and communication regarding risks.
 
Main Responsibilities:
  • People development – hiring, motivating, mentoring and engagement.
  • Leading Content Management Team in delivering the following:
    • Industry leading coverage plans, monitoring their delivery, communication regarding coverage and adjustments.
    • Supervision of the quality of sport level data feeds.
  • Managing stakeholders of Content Management.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills including written and spoken English.
  • Good leadership skills – decisiveness, relationship-building, problem-solving, reliability.
  • Organizational capacity and time management.
  • Passion for sports and betting. Good knowledge of both industries.
  • Basic understanding of competitors and their products.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office programs – Excel, PowerBI.
Desired Skills:
  • Good knowledge of Genius Sports products and the connections between them.
  • Experience in 1st level management
