MRM Mining AB was founded in 2015 and is one of the leading suppliers of Industry and Public Works with projects mainly for the Mining Industry, tunnels, and relocation of Culture buildings, but also major demolition contracts. We specialize in larger Total & General contracts with design responsibility. Our customers are state and privately-owned mining companies, government agencies, municipalities, and larger multinational engineering groups.
We currently work mainly in the northern parts of Sweden, Northern Finland, Garpenberg, and Stockholm.

As a supervisor, you have an independent and varied job with great personal responsibility.

In collaboration with the site manager, you plan and lead the projects forward, follow up on schedules, allocate resources, and ensure that we keep our promises.

You actively participate in the project's technical and financial implementation and lead and distribute the ongoing work.

You participate in the development of schedules, coordinate your activities and carry out work preparations together with other employees in the team.

In your role, you work closely with an experienced site manager, which means that you continuously develop in your role and can gradually take on greater responsibility.

We are looking for the following experiences and qualities...

We are looking for you who have long experience as a supervisor and you who are less experienced but with relevant education and a strong willingness to develop.

Construction engineering education at the upper secondary school level or YH education or college/university education in construction or civil engineering.

You may also have a background that means that you have worked as a supervisor for several years with concrete and construction work or another related service in production.

Ability to prepare and plan weekly and daily for projects under your team management.

A role model when it comes to working environment and safety.

Very good command of English both spoken and written.

Very good communication skills.

Management skills, experienced in leading 6-15 employees.

Logical and analytical thinking.

B driving license is a requirement for the service.
