Compliance Operations Specialist

Compliance Operations Specialist is executing daily AML/CFT compliance operations such as conducting enhanced customer due diligence, reviewing alerts related to risk levels, customer activity and status.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Executing AML/CTF operations including due diligence, review of alerts, monitoring and analysis of customer activity
• Making operational decisions, collecting and requesting information
• Escalating suspicious activity to relevant stakeholders
• Conducting per-request reviews and analytical exercises related to individuals and groups of customers
• On a regular basis preparing compliance management information reports
• Advising employees on AML/CTF matters

You’ll need to have:

• A. or equivalent
• Work experience in compliance or AML at regulated company, preferably in finance or gambling
• Fluent working proficiency in Estonian and English
• Ability to set priorities, take responsibility and manage tasks independently
• Attention to details and high analytical skills
• Mentality of an excellent team player
