Compliance Operations Specialist

Key responsibilities will include:

• Executing AML/CTF operations (review of alerts, monitoring and analysis of customer activity)

• Making operational decisions, collect and request situations and manage customer access to services

• Conducting reviews and basic analytical exercises related to individuals and groups of customers

• To create, document and enrich AML/CTF processes for online gambling products

• Providing compliance-related input for and addressing risks of existing and new products

• Preparing compliance management information reports

• Advising employees on AML/CTF matters

You’ll need to have:

• B.A. or equivalent

• Work experience in compliance or AML at regulated company, preferably in finance will be beneficial

• Ability to set priorities, take responsibility and manage tasks independently

• Attention to details

• High analytical skills

• Being an excellent team player

• Fluent working proficiency in English and Russian
