Job Description

Are you passionate about compliance and familiar with the AML/CTF and payments regulations?

With us you have the opportunity to:

  • Support our Baltic Acquiring business in establishing and maintaining regulatory compliance as regards the regulations applicable to the operations with special focus on AML/CTF, cards and payments (PSD2)
  • Participate in and drive planning and execution of risk-based activities and reviews including preparing reports
  • Lead transformation processes in order to secure a high degree of maturity within the compliance area
  • Establish good relationships with business and secure a network of local legal competences
  • Secure screening of changes in regulations and trends in the market for communication to business
  • Train colleagues, management teams and boards on new regulations and other compliance related topics

Requirements

What is needed in this role:

  • At least 5 years of work experience in the area of AML/CTF and payments (a certification in AML/CTF is an advantage)
  • University degree, preferably a law degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Estonian
  • Ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders, internally as well externally
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
