Job Description

Are you passionate about the area of Human Resources and have experience in working with systems and data?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Be part of the team responsible for the Group wide (international, multi-country)  Variable pay and Salary review process;
  • Gain experience and develop in the HR and Compensation & Benefits area;
  • Work with the HR System (Oracle Fusion) operations and support HR Compensation & Benefits processes;
  • Play a crucial part in our HR Variable Pay and Salary review processes and operating and maintaining the support for these processes in the HR systems (Oracle Fusion) Compensation module;
  • Work with details ensuring high data quality as well as understanding the Oracle Fusion systems Compensation module and configuration;
  • Be responsible for data maintanace and preparation, provide regular reports for internal stakeholders as well as the Compensation & Benefits team througout the process.

Requirements

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Cooperation and teamwork skills;
  • Self-going and structured with a sense of details and Control;
  • Ability to independently plan tasks and deliver in accordance to overall deadlines
  • Experience from or desire to work in a multinational environment;
  • Proficiency using MS Excel;
  • Good English skills, both oral and written.

If you are employed in Lithuania, please note that salary offered for this position ranges from 1600-2400 EUR gross i.e. before taxes.
