COMMERCIAL MANAGER

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients;
-Lead and direct Sales and Business Development in line with the company strategy to expand services;
-Offer competitive services to the market through efficient operations, smart pricing policies and innovative operations;
-Actively develop client relationships at a senior level and be responsible for delivering services that meet the market requirements and offering smart solutions to secure new business;
-Provide leadership, guidance and support to the team; train and motivate staff; develop appropriate succession plans;
-Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers and other business partners;
-Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets;
-Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements;

5+ years experience in customer service and logistics;
-Strong commercial ability to identify opportunities and propose competitive services accordingly;
-Experience in successfully selling warehouse/ transport related services and managing client relationships at a senior level;
-Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem solving, and decision making skills;
-Proficient computer skills;
-Ability to work both independently and within a team
-Fluent in Estonian and English languages;
-Able to perform financial calculations and create and manage budgets;
