Commerce Specialist

Commerce Specialist is responsible for day to day operations of Bolt payments platform. This involves monitoring KPIs, troubleshooting payment/fraud and billing issues, screening patterns, supporting customer support on escalations and making sure the platform is running efficiently at all times.

Your daily adventures will include:

• Monitor and analyse payment/ fraud and billing metrics
• Troubleshoot transactional issues
• Screen for new issue patterns
• Support new product/market launches
• Support customer support and city teams on escalations, training and documenting
• Convert feedback into development tasks with clear business case

We are looking for:

• Experience with online payments, fraud, finance or other fintech services
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Passion for numbers and puzzles
• Good SQL skills
• Good English and communication skills

You will get extra credits for:

• Experience with Python to automate repetitive tasks
