We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to help take advantage of the growing opportunities in the Americas and Portugal. 

Working as a Client Support Specialist you will get the opportunity to learn more about IT purchasing and IT trends. This is a great starting point to move into an Account Manager position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To provide outstanding customer service to Markit clients in the Americas and Portugal
• To look after our customer orders, inquiries and warranty cases
• Identifying and exploring new potential sales opportunities

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Secondary or higher education
• Fluent Portuguese language or fluent Spanish language and good English language skills
• Interest in IT
• Positive attitude and desire to learn
• Ability and willingness to work independently and within a team
• A desire to solve problems
• Proactive attitude and attention to detail
• Excellent people skills and intuitive to client’s business needs.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 12:00 - 21:00 (1 hour break)

This position requires working in the evenings, but we can agree on some flexibility.
