Client Setup Expert

The Client Setup Expert will work closely together with our Technical Team, Sales department and our Clients. The Client Setup team has truly international set up with colleagues from offices in four countries.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Help our clients to integrate Sportradar products.
- Set up and configure XML feeds.
- Work collaboratively with designers/developers.
- Daily communication with other departments.
- Answering e-mails and phone calls in English.

Required Knowledge:
- Fluent English skills both written and verbal is a MUST
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.

Useful knowledge:
- HTML & CSS experience.
- Experience in Support or other client communication.
