You are acting as the first point of contact for our customers, handling the American market
Responding to and resolving customer issues received via phone or email
Providing information, advice and booking services to passengers
Following proper workflow and procedures

Excellent verbal and written English and Estonian or Russian language skills Comfortable working evening and night shifts
Excellent communication, listening and problem solving skills
