Civil Works Engineer (Fixed-Term Project Assignment)

• Analysis and preparation of project and technical documentation related to civil construction works (including as-built documentation)
• Participation in the development of technical solutions and proposals, identifying issues and suggesting solutions during project implementation
• Organization, coordination, and supervision of civil construction works on-site, ensuring compliance with project requirements and technical specifications
• Collaboration with the project team, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical matters
• Support of the subcontractor selection process, including evaluation and coordination of technical proposals
• Coordination of construction material and resource planning and supply processes

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role on a construction site
• Good understanding of civil construction processes
• Ability to confidently read and interpret technical designs and construction drawings
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a responsible approach to work
• Ability to analyze technical documentation and identify potential discrepancies and risks
• English and Russian language skills for working in an international team
