
Job Description
This opportunity offers you a chance to be the technical service unit leader and driver of service operations via offering customers excellent maintenance and after-sales service in Coffee Address Estonian team. You will be leading a team of 20 professional technicians, vending, and warehouse specialists.
Your role and focus will be on the following:
- planning and managing workforce (organizing the workload, training, resources, and tools)
- planning and managing car fleet (efficiency, maintenance, monitoring)
- efficient and result-driven process management – implementation of strategical processes in technical department (tasks, checklists)
- direct, delegate and control policies and procedures
- plan inventories in warehouse
- offering excellent customer service, liaising with key accounts, consulting, and supporting customers, dealing with problems, and offering solutions
- supporting and cooperating across the organization contributing to results delivery (sales, finance, warehouse)
- leading the team in efficient, respectful, and supporting way.
Requirements
You are welcome to apply if you have a solid background in managing service, technical or maintenance areas:
- minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in service, technical management functions
- relevant higher education
- experience with planning, organizing, and achieving targets in service, after-sales, technical maintenance areas
- fluent command of English language skills, verbal, written, reading
- very good MS Office skills
- highly motivated with a positive attitude and problem-solving approach – solutions oriented, flexible with time management skills
- drive for success, result orientation, initiative. 360 degrees view on the company’s targets and results, how to achieve them and ability to analyse results and propose/ implement possible improvements
- leadership skills - desire and ability to present the targets and inspire the team to achieve as group goals, as personal
- strong organizational skills, ability to make strategic and operational decisions independently and involving the team
- ability to remain organized under pressure
- strong teamwork skills.
