Chief Executive Officer of cryptocurrency exchange

CloudBest is a company managing international projects in the sector of new technologies and Blockchain. As a shared services center, we focus on business support services including software development, creation and publishing of marketing content, customer service, administrative support, automotive industry development. Currently, for our client - a newly established Estonian company in the Blockchain sector, we are looking for a candidate for the position of: Chief Executive Officer of cryptocurrency exchange.

We are looking for a person just like you!

We are looking for a person with following skills:

• Experience in managing technology companies (at least 20-person team) as well as IT projects;
• Fluent spoken and written English and Estonian, preferred level C1;
• Vast blockchain, cryptocurrency and trading industry knowledge is a must;
• Experience in managing a financial institution would be an additional asset;
• Knowledge of organizational and legal aspects of companies in Estonia;
• University degree in Business or Economics (preferably MBA) would be an asset;
• Ability to build and maintain business relationships;
• Analytical mindset;
• Ability to work effectively under time pressure
• Willing to take ownership and responsibility of the projects;
• Public speaking skills;
• Willing to cooperate in a multi-national team.
