Chief Engineer

We are looking for an Chief Engineer to take leadership of a professional product development team in a versatile role.

You will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing the development of web and mobile apps and overseeing their delivery on AWS.

Your responsibilites will be:

• Plan, design, and implement software systems 
• Conduct code analysis and recommend changes in policies and procedures to improve quality - have your voice heard and work with code that is clean
• Lead other developers in your team - delegate and elevate
• Mentoring - teach and have followers
• Analyze the root cause for production errors and recommend solutions - investigate and lead quality growth

• Critical thinker with great problem-solving skills
• Ready to take lead and responsibility
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to represent the company professionally
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development 
• At least 3 years of experience in the Javascript ecosystem
• Love and skills in designing data models and systems architecture
• Advanced understanding of React and/or Angular
• Node.js mastery
• AWS knowhow
• Deep familiarity with PostgreSQL or similar
